We are constantly trying to find new and innovative techniques to better study nutrition, food intake and eating behavior. We will regularly update projects on ths page.

hyperspectral food recognition

We are blasting space lasers (hyperspectral cameras) at food items to see what they look like on all frequencies, not just the simplistic RGB spectrum we are used to as humans. Based on these frequencies we are trying to be able to recognize food, look inside food and be the food.
